Great knife. Arrived super sharp and nice balance. Been using it exclusively for about a month, so I don't have a lot of time with it, but have been impressed so far.

Love Your Videos but, I have nothing to show Recipe Wise thus far. I thought I was buying a recipe book. Was told via email its digital and sent to me? But 2 plus weeks and I've got nothing to show for my purchase? Help me fix this and ir understand. Thanks

The blade was not at all sharp. The dullness was well past honing, and even when sharpened it does not hold an edge for very long. I expected much better for what I paid. I want to return this item.

Ordered a sheath for a knife I received as a gift at Christmas. It was a perfect fit and keeps my knife safe and in great condition.

My husband and I absolutely love our new cleaver. We have a wet stone to keep it sharp but it barely needs it. Can’t wait to have this in our knife arsenal forever.
