Very pleased at the sharpness and the ease of use the handle provides.

Formidable knife!

Absolutely Marvelous! I received it yesterday (19 December) and demonstrated it today to a friend and we were both amazed at its sharpness. Looking forward to making Hasselback potatoes on the weekend to go with small steak and a chopped salad. BTW I am 78 and feel rejuvenated at the idea of cooking again!

Amazing knife!!

I have been enjoying their YouTube channel for a long time without knowing they sold that knife! I have a couple of high end Japanese knives but this one rivals the sharpest ones I own. It feels great in the hand and has amazing balance. I’ll take good care of it so it can last a very long time! I also ended up buying their cutting board, another amazing item from these guys! A++
