New drop, gift boxed
For the cook who has everything
The Original cleaver from the videos, rebuilt in high carbon San Mai steel. Same shape and balance, a harder edge that stays sharp far longer, on a stabilised acacia handle. It arrives in its own printed forest gift box, so there is nothing left to wrap.
Less than 150 left
For the collector
The founder exclusive. The Original cleaver in hand forged San Mai steel, with a full pine treeline CNC engraved into the blade. Only 200 were ever crafted, and there will not be another run.
Sheath and box included
For the one who cooks for a crowd
The bigger, heavier evolution of the Original, built for thick cuts, whole birds and serious prep over the fire, on a Pakkawood handle. Its first drop sold out within weeks.
40,000+ sold
For the fan of the videos
