There’s no knives

I’ve never received the knife and got no responses from the support since 03 January 2025, I’m writing this in 20 January 2025 and purchased the item in 16 December 2024!

I’m really worried about this cause nobody is answering me since more than 2 weeks and I can’t be refunded!

Customer service is AWFUL. I haven't even received my knife yet and have already to over 30 back and forth emails with customer service...all of it ultimately ending with "sorry, we aren't going to do anything to help"

Good all around knife

Its a good doo it all kind knife and a handy size. Not too big or too small. Now that i have used it, not sure its worth the higher price, but you could do alot worse for more money.
