Nicely made, great shape and ergonomic handle

It's sharp, now what?

It arrived without a protective sheath or care instructions. How do I keep it sharp? I don't know how to use a sharpening stone--all I have is a sharpening steel. (I swear I ordered two of these cleavers, but I ended up with three.)

Anyway, I've used it every day since I got it. It's as sharp as it looks in the videos. I discovered it, by the way, through Terry Kaye on FB Reels and TikTok food reviews. All your recipes and videos get highest marks.
