Very disappointed with the VIP Access. I paid for the subscription but received none of the promised services. No content, no benefits, no meaningful support.
However, I did receive emails about updating my payment details and my subscription expiring — so billing clearly works, while the actual service does not.
I am a long-time follower on Facebook and YouTube, which makes this experience especially frustrating. The VIP service is simply not worth it.
