Unfortunately, after purchasing the VIP access no email received. I sent an email with this problem and received quite a generic response. Replying to that message, after a week I still have no answer, no ebook (one ebook weekly), no nothing!
I tried to buy the knife I desire and the delivery fee was in full charge (one of the perks is 50% discount at every delivery). Waiting for your reply I also lost the Black Friday offers.
So, for what did I paid 9.95$?! For a generic reply?
