Pizza Roll Ingredients
- 400g of flour
- 7g of dried yeast
- Teaspoon of salt
- Warm water 250ml
- Chorizo sausage
- Tomato sauce
- Grated mozzarella
Pizza Roll Method
- Add yeast and salt to the flour.
- Mix it all evenly before pouring water on it.
- Combine all the ingredients together and leave it to the side for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime thinly slice chorizo.
- Flour your surface and shape the dough into a rectangular shape.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly and sprinkle the whole surface of the dough with mozzarella cheese.
- Add chorizo and roll into a joint.
- Cut it into 2-inch slices and place them on the skillet sideways.
- Cover with another pan and bake it for 20 minutes.
- When time it’s almost up, sprinkle more cheese on top of your rolls and cover for an extra 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve with the dip of your choice.
MWTP's Favorite Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- Cup 0f basil leaves
- 3 spoons of mayo
- 3spoons of yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive oil 50ml
Method
- Finely chop garlic, basil and place it in the bowl.
- Add mayo and yogurt.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- At the end add some olive oil.
- Mix all together.
- Leave it to the side for about 10 minutes to help ingredients combine together.
