Great addition to kitchen . So far so good.

Next level sharpness

I sharpen all my knives with 150, 450 and 1000 grit wet stones monthly but this knife arrived sharper then I've seen before. I can shred paper 1mm thick, when I shaved my arm hairs I cut my arm which I've never done before. This knife is crazy sharp! Love it!

The wooden handle though doesn't like water so don't soak it when washing. Just wet the and scrub the blade.

I had to spray my wooden handle with 3 coats of clear lacquer and it's much better now

For the Polish/Irish lads who created this knife, give the wooden blade a few more coats of lacquer and you've got the perfect knife.
