I’ve had the knife for about two weeks, and I wanted to put it through its paces before I left a review. It has performed flawlessly for cutting vegetables and meats. If I had to nitpick it: the knife is slightly smaller than what I expected, and I did have to sharpen it, as it was a bit dull (maybe for shipping purposes). Nevertheless, I would recommend this knife.

Nice balance, fine fit and finish, like the extra step of taking the edge off the blade next to your gripping hand. Scabbard well made and quality!!
This knife just moved up to #1 in my collection. I have another very popular brand that held that spot. Still love them but this knife is comfortable, extremely sharp and handles any task I’m doing preparing food. It’s well built, not as heave as my others but its sharpness is what makes the difference. Well done.
