Unfortunately, on this knife’s second use a chunk of the blade came off and identified other cracks in the blade. (This knife only sliced a steak and raw bacon before coming apart).
The damas is very beautiful, the blade shape is awesome, the handle fits very well in the hand, it is so nice to cook with it !
The Cleaver is looking good but mine had some problems with its sharpness so had to sharpebd myself
Now I love to be in the kitchen and use this awesome knife, whether it’s on meet, veggies or something else, it works like a breeze, absolutely love it …..
