Customer service is AWFUL. I haven't even received my knife yet and have already to over 30 back and forth emails with customer service...all of it ultimately ending with "sorry, we aren't going to do anything to help"
This cleaver is not in fact a cleaver. I used it to break down a turkey and a chunk broke off the blade. No problem right? Lifetime guarantee. Nope. They wouldn't replace it. Very disappointing.
