You ended up here because of the knife so let’s tell you a little bit about it. One rainy day we were unable to cook so instead, we decided to make a knife… and yes, it was that simple. Bearing in mind we only had an angle grinder, a few sheets of sandpaper and an old circular saw blade to work with.
Jump forward a few hours and we came out from that small shed with a new blade. It wasn’t perfect at the time but that did not matter as it did the job. When The Cooking Guild got involved that innocent knife turned in to the real beast.

Washing: Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. Never machine wash. Lightly oil the blade (cooking oil works just fine) regularly.
Sharpening: Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a good quality sharpening steel regularly.
