Another knife was a good idea

It arrived just before Thanksgiving, just in time for a large cooking project. It was sharp enough out of the box to go to work. I gave the blade a substantial workout slicing and dicing vegetables for various holiday dishes.

This is probably the sharpest knife I've ever owned. Makes chopping veggies effortless. Trimming pork shoulder and brisket is also much easier. Super comfortable handle, perfectly shaped blade.

Who Are Men With The Pot?

Men with the Pot is the brainchild of two passionate outdoorsmen from Northern Ireland. Our story began in 2019, when we were working at a hotel, chatting about our shared love for the outdoors and our dissatisfaction with our jobs. That day, the spark ignited, and we decided to create our own outdoor cooking channel. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into an extraordinary journey.
