A few things to note:
You need to hand wash and dry it (it’s not dishwasher-friendly)
It’s not a fillet knife or herb chopper—this is for hearty cuts and big meals
It sells out fast, so you might have to wait if it's on backorder
But honestly? It’s easily the best knife I’ve ever bought for under $100.
