Double the Pleasure

I bought the cleaver for my wife for Christmas, knowing I would use it as much as she will, and I was surprised to open a gift from her and it was not only the cleaver and sheath but the olive wood bundle (cutting board, magnetic knife holder, 5 piece utensil set, and key ring). It is all new but it would be hard to beat the quality and appearance of the cleavers. One of the pair stays at our main home and one is going to our vacation home. The cutting board and cleaver were used to carve a brisket that I smoked on Christmas day. A very impressive knife...sharp and well weighted. Super impressed with our purchases!! If only I could cook like those two guys!
